Hello,
The week is half-way done at this point. I just finished up my classes on Wednesday. Wednesdays are nice because I am done by 12:30 in the afternoon, and so have the rest of the day to do stuff. But I wanted to give a little commentary to the pictures that I just recently posted. They are from a weekend trip (two weekends ago) some of us made to western Bohemia, specifically to the towns of Cheb and Sokolov where we have fellow teachers to visit. Ben and I caught a Friday afternoon train from Pribram to Cheb where we met up with those teachers and some others that came over from Prague. The next day, Saturday, we visited Loket, a nearby town with a beautiful old castle. From there we went by train to another nearby town called Karlovy Vary. This town is known for it's hot springs and spas and the like. Throughout town there are springs of water, extremely hot and extremely salty, that are supposedly good for the body if drank. Also in Karlovy is the Hotel Pupp. This is just a large expensive and extravagent hotel, but the significance is that Elvis Presley once stayed in this hotel. Sunday morning we went back to Pribram and arrived just in time for church that afternoon. Ok. That's all for now.
